We charge a 50% deposit. Rooms and stays booked as part of special promotional offer should be paid in full upon booking.

Deposits are fully refundable if you cancel up to 5 days prior to your stay for all general bookings. Bookings made as part of a special promotional offers are non-refundable. Festive season packages and Special Events have individual cancellation policies, which will be listed on your booking confirmation.

Children are welcome to dine in the Artisan Restaurant and a special menu is available for them on request. As a relaxed and intimate venue, and for the comfort of all our guests during the evening, we seat families with children before 7 pm and kindly request that the table is vacated by 8pm.
The Fernery restaurant welcomes children over the age of 12.

Families with children of all ages are very welcome at Grove. We have plenty of outdoor games, including boules and croquet for you all to enjoy,and there are excellent local walks from the house. We’ve also created a magical fairy trail around the grounds to delight our younger guests.
Our House Master Suite, Daniel & Elizabeth, can be reserved along with an adjoining twin room, to provide a Family Suite located on a private floor within the main house of the hotel. For more information on roms suitable for families, please call our reception team directly.

For families with young children, we can provide you with a number of CRB-checked registered childminders. Baby kits can also be provided on request, so that your room is equipped with travel cot with sheet, baby bath, changing mat and nappy bin.

Yes, well behaved dogs (and their owners, of course) are very welcome at Grove of Narberth. We have six dog-friendly rooms: Cottage garden suites: Master Suite Bramble (which has an open garden); Sorrel and Sage (which have rear gardens); Byre and Cwtch (which have open garden spaces); and first floor Cottage Junior Suite Elderflower (which has a ground floor terrace and garden access).

We have a number of dog-friendly tables in the snug section of the Artisan Restaurant. Please let us know when you book if you wish to dine with your dog so we can advise on the availability of these particular tables.

We kindly request that owners are considerate and respectful of other guests, as not everyone likes dogs. The upkeep of the hotel and the grounds is also an important consideration and a dog bin is available for your convenience in the car park.

We charge £20 per dog per night. Your dog will enjoy our upcycled doggy towels, blanket and very special treats. A doggy dining menu by Burns Real Dog Food is also available upon request.

Yes, we offer a selection of in room treatments so that you can enjoy being pampered in the privacy of your own room. Spa treatments must be booked in advance.

We have on site car parking, including disabled parking. We also have 3 electric car chargers.

Although we do have communal lounge areas, these do not have a TV.

We are a short 20 minute drive away from Tenby and Saundersfoot where you can join the coastal path.

We have double sofabeds in a several suites. There is an additional charge of £55 per child per night B&B and £65 per adult per night B&B. We also have a Top Floor Suite which is popular with families which links Daniel & Elizabeth and Partridge rooms together with a lockable corridor door. Yes, we have many different types of gift vouchers, from dining experiences, to overnight stays, to special events. Vouchers have a 12 month validity unless for a specific event or special offer. They are delivered in a special presentation envelope and can be personalised with your own message.
